The cost to build a VenHub store ranges from $150,000 to $250,000, depending on the size of the store and the features included. As we ramp up our production the unit costs will get lower. We hope to offer a starting price of $99,000 in the years to come.

In those instances, you receive your pro-rata share of the distributions that occur, in the case of acquisition, or you can sell your shares on the exchange. If the company meets a reporting exception, or eventually has to file more reported information to the SEC, the reporting described above may end. If these reports end, you may not continually have current financial information about the company.
