Complete investment details such as shareholder type and investment amount.
Pay by credit card, bank transfer (ACH), or cryptocurrency (USDC) — processed securely by Stripe — and electronically sign your investor documents. That is it.
Read the deal
Issuance Express hosts community rounds under Regulation Crowdfunding, which allows eligible companies to offer securities to accredited and non-accredited investors through a registered intermediary.
