Investor FAQ

What else should investors know?

Every offering is different. Review the offering documents and understand the risks before making an investment.

What is Regulation CF?
Regulation CF allows investors to invest in startups and early-growth companies. Unlike buying merchandise on a rewards platform, you are purchasing securities from a company that has filed a Form C with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Investments carry inherent risk; review the full Form C and risk disclosures before investing. Learn more.
Who is eligible to invest under Reg CF?
Reg CF makes private early-stage opportunities available beyond accredited investors. Investment limits may still apply to non-accredited investors. Consult the Issuance Express education page for current details.
Who is Issuance Express?
Jumpstart Micro, Inc. d.b.a. Issuance Express is a Funding Portal registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA. It acts as an intermediary platform for issuers and investors and does not provide investment advice or recommendations. See the funding portal disclosures.
What types of deals are available?
Available offerings can span different industries, stages, and security types. Hosting an offering is not an investment recommendation or endorsement. Investors should review each company’s Form C, structure, terms, and risks before participating.
What deal structures are common?
Offerings may include common or preferred equity, debt, convertible securities, Crowd SAFEs, SAFE notes, or other structures. Learn more from our investor education materials.
How can I pay for my investment?
Payments are processed by Stripe at checkout. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer (ACH), or cryptocurrency (USDC). Your funds are held by a qualified third-party escrow agent until the offering closes, as Regulation CF requires.
